I called Elite Rooter in the morning to schedule a service call for a drainage issue, and one was scheduled to arrive the next hour. I got a call 30 minutes later informing me that the technician was running late. Then, the technician, Basilio, called to tell me that he was finishing up the work in his previous appointment, and would visit my place shortly. I like how all the parties involved were very polite and mindful of my time to keep me updated on the schedule.When Basilio came over, he checked out the drain and the surrounding areas in the community, and immediately figured out the problem wasn't in my unit, but in the main drain. He told me that unclogging just my unit's sewage line wouldn't help, and asked me to get the HOA involved. He also talked to the HOA manager to explain what the issue was. The rest of it was taken care of by the plumbing company the HOA has a contract with.What I most appreciate Basilio for are his honesty and his willingness to help the customer see a proper solution to the problem, rather than finishing the work that he came for and collecting the payment. Should a need arise in the future for any plumbing work, I now know who/which plumbing company to call.

We appreciate promptness, punctuality and efficiency. Elite Rooter replied to our search for a rooting service in minutes. Our laundry pipe was clogged so there was a big leak on the floor. We set the site visit and Miguel Alba arrived at the appointed time, same day. Miguel explained clearly what was needed to resolve the leak. After replacing the old and not-so- sturdy pipe connecting to the laundry there was still leaking. So the next day he went down the crawl space to find the “root” of the problem. He discovered heavy clogging and corroding of the pipes. Miguel and his crew of three replaced the pipes and completed the whole project in less than seven hours, same day. Thank you, Miguel and your crew! We felt we paid for quality work!

I’m just sharing my experience with you and you’ll know what is Elite Rooter.This company took $15k in 2019 for a work and didn’t finish the job. We realized their scam in 2023 Nov and had a hard time reaching them since they don’t respond or return calls.Finally they agreed on closing the permit that they left unfinished in 2019. Took them a month to schedule inspection appointment, then didn’t show up and city fined us and we paid it. The next scheduled inspection appointment, the plumber came without “permit card”. Wonder what do they expect the inspector to do without permit card. Not to mention that they haven’t checked or touched the work to fix the last failed inspection in 2019. Plumber came unprepared and another failed inspection.Erica was supposed to arrange these but she barely responds our text or calls and didn’t follow up the work. After this embarrassing arrangements and inspections and costing us a fortune (money, time, stress) she scheduled a pre-inspection to check the sewer line to not fail again. But no one showed up and she rudely didn’t respond her phone and even blocked our phone number. While she dragged us there and made us to wait there for two hours.The next inspection scheduled. The day before that WE texted her to make sure everything is taken care of. Since we had enough experience with her to know that she is not interested in doing her job. Then she rescheduled the appointment for a later time because after a month passed from this permit she hasn’t downloaded the permit card from city website yet and she hasn’t looked at the inspector’s comments to fix.I requested a call from management team and Ashely called me. This was the time I realized how come the employees confidently don’t work. I have never seen this type of speaking from a business. She didn’t let me say a word and screamed and was very rude and disrespectful and said don’t call us again and hung up.BTW, they say 2:30 pm on Monday is after hour and blame all their scam and rudeness on us to contact them at 2:30 pm on a Monday!They never compensated us for the city fee they cost us.If you just check out their positive reviews here you’ll find out how fake they are. Most of the accounts posted only one review which is a 5 star for elite rooter.

Summary: They may charge you but don't do the work and you think they have done it.I bought a house from an elderly who has hired this company for changing the sewerage line. That was when we found out they didn’t do the job and left it unfinished with an open permit. They were completely paid by the owner and he thought the work was finished.The owner beneficiaries called and told this company that they will sue them for deceiving an elderly. So Elite rooter accepted to finish the job. They scheduled an inspection but didn’t show up so the city fined me. They promised to compensate me for that, but didn’t. Their agent Erika kept saying that they are working on sending me a check but after months they didn’t. She once said she personally had already sent a check but later changed her words when I asked for the tracking number and said she had no idea.Finally, I have filed a complaint with CSLB a few days ago. Hopefully, they will force this company to compensate me and will teach them to not deceive elderly people. If not, I will go to the court. Let’s see how far we should go until this company decide to get the responsibility of what they have done.

He went well beyond the normal service of other plumbers, and even went under the house to inspect the pipes. If you want your job done "right" and need someone to take time and explain things right, Austin and Elite Rooter is you choice. Agustin and Elite Rooter are the BEST!

I had been looking for a good reliable plumber to change some faucets and other jobs around the house and finally, I zeroed down on Elite Rooter, after talking to atleast 8-10 different plumbers. Very professional & polite service, starting with Patrice on the phone, who fixed a no obligation appointment for my job for the same day. Augustin, the Tech was very polite and respectful. After understanding the job, he quoted fairly and reasonable. He did a great job with changing the faucets in the bathroom and the kitchen. The job has been done to my satisfaction and very professionally. He also gave some helpful tips to maintain the fixtures. Augustin wrapped up everything nicely, took the trash with him and left the job areas very clean. I appreciate the good job done by him and will continue to use them for future projects, as the house gets older.
